Industrial Moulds
An industrial mould starts with precise geometry and a machining strategy matched to the process it’s built for. Our CNC machining centres produce custom moulds, models, dies, and tooling in a range of non-metallic materials, for a variety of industrial applications.
What we can do
- Industrial moulds and counter-moulds
- Master models and forms for moulding
- Dies, jigs, and production tooling
- Large moulds, or moulds with complex geometries
- Counter-forms and fixtures to position parts for CNC trimming and drilling
- Machining non-metallic materials suited to the process
How we contribute
Working from your design data, our team analyzes the geometry, the dimensions, and the intended use to prepare the machining of the mould or tooling. Our 3- and 5-axis capabilities produce complex shapes with precision and deliver a solution matched to the client’s production needs.
Our involvement can continue after moulding. We can fabricate a counter-form matched to the geometry of the finished part, so it can be repositioned precisely on our equipment. The composite part can then be trimmed, cut, and drilled digitally from the design data. The same fixture can be reused for the parts that follow, which support precision and repeatability across the production run.
