This website (the “Site”) and any material or information contained therein are the sole property of Richelieu Hardware Ltd. (“Richelieu”) and/or its subsidiaries and licensors, in accordance with copyright laws, international treaties, and other laws.
LICENSE AND ACCESS
Richelieu hereby grant you permission to view the Site and to print individual pages from the Site for your own use, provided that you agree to and accept without modification the notices, terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. You may not modify, copy, distribute, display, reproduce, publish, license or create, directly or indirectly, any derivative work from the Site, and this licence does not include any resale or commercial use of information contained on the Site; or the collection or use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices information contained therein. The trademarks, service marks and logos (collectively, the “Trademarks“) used and displayed on this Site are registered or unregistered Trademarks of Richelieu and/or third-party licensers. Nothing therein should be construed as granting you, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site. Richelieu aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law. The name of Richelieu, the Richelieu “R” logo, Cedan, Onward, Reliable Fasteners, Madico, Nystrom, Distribution 20/20, Weston Premium Woods, Menuiserie des Pins, Task, Mibro, Quincaillerie Deno, Quincaillerie Rabel, Interco Division 10, Usimm, Unigrav, Finmac Lumber, Finium, Solutions Acoustiques, Winnec, The Penrod Company, Darant, Mill Supply, Midwest Specialties, Modulex, Rhoads & O’Hara, Ideal Security, Klassen Bronze, PanExcel, Olympic Forest Products, Allegheny Plywood, Trans-World, Maverick, Westlund and/or any other Richelieu Trademarks or formatives shall not be used in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on the Site, without the prior, written permission from Richelieu. Richelieu prohibits use of any Richelieu logo as part of any link to or from any website unless establishment of such a link is approved in advance by Richelieu in writing. Other product and company names mentioned in the Site are owned by their respective owners.

PRODUCTS
The Site displays products generally available for purchase in Canada and the United States. However not all products are available at all times within each geography and products may be changed, substituted or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Richelieu attempts to provide accurate descriptions of the products available for sale, but does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability or currency of such descriptions. Certain products may be the subject of third-party warranties offered by their respective manufacturers or providers. PRODUCT ORDERS
While we use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, Richelieu cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on the Site. Richelieu reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on the Site at any time, without prior notice. Product prices offered on the Site may vary from other advertised prices due to varying conditions in different geographic markets. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in Canadian or American dollars depending on your geographic location are valid and effective only within each such geographic locations and do not include shipping and handling (unless otherwise indicated) or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You will be responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges or taxes that may apply to your order.
While our goal is an error-free Site, we do not guarantee that any content is 100% accurate or complete, including price information and product specifications. GENERAL
You agree that this agreement and your use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable within the Province of Quebec. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts, tribunals, agencies and other dispute resolution organizations in Montreal, Quebec, Canada in all disputes: (a) arising out of, relating to, or concerning the Site and/or this agreement, (b) in which the Site and/or this agreement is an issue or a material fact, or (c) in which the Site and/or this agreement is referenced in a paper filed in a court, tribunal, agency or other dispute resolution organization. The Site is made available to residents of Canada and of the United States only. The use of the Site in any other jurisdiction is unauthorized. If a part of these Terms of Use is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of said Terms of Use shall govern such use. Richelieu may, at any time and without notice, change the terms, conditions and notices under which the Site is offered. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Richelieu as a result of this agreement or your use of the Site. This agreement, together with Richelieu’s Privacy Policy and terms of sale presented to you in connection with your transaction, as amended or supplemented to from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and Richelieu with respect to the Site. Any alleged waiver of any breach of this agreement shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any future breach. A printed version of this agreement and/or of any notice given by Richelieu in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement or your use of the Site to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained by Richelieu in printed form.
