Do I have to choose an option from your selection of wall panel models?
No. We don’t work from a predefined library of panels. Every project can be made to order based on an idea or reference that you provide.
What information do I need to provide to create my wall panel?
An online photo, drawing, digital file, sample, texture, object, or just an idea is all we need to get started. Our team will determine the best way to transform your reference into a panel that can be manufactured.
Can you reproduce an existing relief or texture on a wall panel?
Yes. Depending on the project, we can either work from a digital reference or scan an existing element to capture its geometry and develop a model for machining.
Do you accept custom orders ?
Yes. Our business model is based on custom orders. No mass production—only custom projects.
Can you machine complex parts ?
Our specialty is the machining of non-standard items. We can manufacture almost anything on one of our four 3- and 5-axis machining centers.
Do you have minimum quantities for your orders ?
No minimum quantity is required. We provide machining services in small series—you can even order just one piece.
Do you have to provide the drawings ?
No. We can work with your scale models, sketches, and outlines, or you can provide us with an electronic file.
What software do you use ?
We work with the latest programming and design software, such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Suites, Solid Edge, Inventor, Mastercam and Geomagic, for optimal results.
For files, for machining, we use the following: .STL, .STEP, .IGES, .DWG.
In addition, our scanner (3D Scan) creates .OBJ files that we convert to .STL.
